UF Jacksonville will serve as one of the key locations for the Florida Semiconductor Institute — a statewide initiative advancing national security, specialty electronics, and applied research.
UF Jacksonville will be located in the historic LaVilla neighborhood, next to the landmark Jacksonville Terminal Station. While new facilities are under development, the campus will launch operations from 801 W. Bay Street—bringing new energy to one of the city’s most storied districts.
